I have requested my access code. I am using Microsoft Word on a Windows PC. I asked you this question in an email that you may not have looked at yet so you can respond to either. ???Do I have to request the Initial Package Materials to have them sent to me or can I pick them up at the bookstore??? Thanks.

The only way to get the initial package is to request it using the form. If I recall correctly you've done so. Those packages should be mailed tomorrow or Thursday, provided you have indeed submitted the request, and you should have yours well before it is needed.
