#$&*I think it could be really accurate when given enough time to process the incoming information . In some ways, it would be more accurate than i am because it is hard to note time that quickly without missing something.

What is the shortest time interval you think you would be able to measure with reasonable accuracy?

How does the percent error in timing intervals change as the time between the events gets smaller?

#$&* The percent error increases because it does not have enough time to process the information correclty.

How accurately are you able to measure the positions of the ball and the pendulum in the initial video?

#$&* It was easier because it was someone else doing the experiment. The only trouble was the blurring of the image when stopped.
