Ladybug motion

#$&*

course PHY 241

The green vector represents velocity red acceleration. Acceleration arrow is longest when the lady bug starts moving. Velocity vector is longest when the ladybug is moving. Both vectors point the same direction when the ladybug first begins to move and points in opposite directions when the ladybug is stopping. The vectors both grow longer and longer when i snap back and forth.

When moving from left to right and down slightly. The velocity vector drops slightly in the direction its pointing. But the acceleration vector points down significantly.

In a circle the acceleration vector is at almost a right angle with the velocity vector. Doubling the speed made it more than a right angle."
