9/26 10Was able to run the timer program on my Toshiba laptop using Windows 7 and Google Chrome as my browser. Below is my data:

My answer as to the accuracy of the timer is that it measures with precision to the hundredth of a second. While many of the values go to the millisecond, several only go to the hundredth. So, the last figure must be an approximation.
For example, where an interval is closer to .16 than .161, the timer registers .16, when the actual value could have been any number between .16 and .1604." ""

In fact, the program isn't that smart, It just doesn't bother reporting trailing zeros.
