Which Assignments Do I Need To Complete?

The assignments given on the Assignments Page include all the assignments for first-semester Principles of Physics, General College Physics and University Physics courses.  Not everyone has to do all the assignments.  See below to be sure you understand which assignments apply to your course:

There are basically two rules for which assignment to do:

1.  If the assignment does not specify which course, do it.  There is a general core of assignments that applies to all courses.

2.  If the assignments specifies your course, do it.  If it specifies a course you are not taking, don't do it.

This means that

• Physics 121 (Principles of Physics) students will do all assignments except those specified for General College Physics or University Physics.
• Physics 201 students will do all assignments except those specified for University Physics.
• University Physics students will do all assignments except those specified for General College Physics.
