I do not think anyone can be a 100% accurate but,I think I am somewhat accurate with the timer program.

I think around 2 seconds would be the shortest time interval I would be reasonably accurate with.

The percent error increases as events get smaller, due to human reaction time.

How accurately are you able to measure the positions of the ball and the pendulum in the initial video?

I think I was reasonalby accurate in that experiment, but I am sure I was not 100% accurate by any means.
